Everything on this page is made from scratch in solid wood, sheesham, teak or mango, to the dimensions of your room. We have been doing this from the same shop in Lajpat Nagar since 1969, which is long enough to know that the piece people actually want is almost never the one that comes in a box.
This is not a fixed list. If it is wooden and it fits through the door, ask us.
Six, eight or ten seats, in solid sheesham or teak. We match the leg profile and the finish to the chairs you already own, or build the set together.
Built to the wall, not to a catalogue size. Sliding or hinged, with the internal layout, hanging, shelves, drawers, a locker, decided with you before we cut anything.
Single through king, hydraulic or box storage underneath. The headboard is where most people want something of their own, and it is the easiest part to make so.
Work-from-home desks sized to the room rather than to a standard. Cable routing, a drawer unit, and a top deep enough for two screens if that is what you need.
Low, long and built around your equipment. We measure the console, the soundbar and the sockets first.
In teak or sheesham, with carved or plain doors, sized to the niche. This is work we have been doing since the shop opened.
A sentence and a rough size is enough to start. A photograph of something close to what you have in mind helps more than a description ever does.
A firm price against a drawing, with the wood, the finish, the hardware and the delivery date named. No number moves after this without you agreeing to it.
We buy the timber and begin. You are welcome to see it at the workshop while it is being made.
Four to six weeks for most pieces. We carry it in, place it, and take the packing away with us.
The honest version, including where the cheaper option is the right one.
Indian rosewood. Dense, dark-streaked and the most common choice here for good reason, it takes a knock, it takes a polish, and it is grown locally so it is not priced like an import.
The best of the three and priced accordingly. Naturally oily, so it handles Delhi humidity and the odd spill better than anything else. Worth it for a dining table and rarely worth it for a wardrobe interior.
Lighter, paler and considerably cheaper. Genuinely good for a study desk, a TV unit or anything that will be repainted in a few years. We will tell you when it is enough rather than sell you teak you do not need.
